Day #15. Fall Party Day!
This is what we plan to do today! 🙂 Did you want to download and print out everything for this theme? Grab the Fall School Activity Bundle here!
This 120-page PDF bundle comes with every printable you’ll need for this month PLUS extra printables like a master supply list, suggested reading list, themed snack photos, grocery list, and a teacher guide for each day! It is great for saving time by downloading and printing everything all at once! You’ll also receive a Fall School bookmark and punch card for your kids to use as they move through each themed day. 🥰
Activities
IMPORTANT NOTE: In the past, I’ve offered most items for free for 24 hours, on each themed day. I will still be giving away some freebies here and there, but most printables will stay exclusive for those who purchase the monthly bundle. There have been some concerns with a few individuals taking advantage of everything in my store being free at one point and downloading printables while they are free only to turn around and sell for their own profit.
For that reason, I need to make a change and protect my shop and whichever activities I did spend a lot of my time on creating. Thank you for understanding and for helping support me as I put time into making these themes! If you are unable to purchase the monthly bundle, I would definitely still love to have you tag along and use the snack ideas, YouTube educational video links, and read aloud book links! And as I mentioned above, there will still be occasional freebies too! ❤️
#1. Throw a Harvest/Fall Party!
Come up with your own party ideas or use some ideas from this pumpkin patch party printable.
#2. Go to an Orchard or Fall Festival!
If you can’t throw a party (or go to one), check out a local orchard or fall festival! It would be fun to end this unit with something super fun like this!
#3. Share the Joy of the Fall Season!
Ask your kids: what is something about fall that makes you happy? How can you spread that happiness? Can you make donuts or pumpkin muffins for someone? Treat a friend to the corn maze? Surprise a family member or friend with a pumpkin latte or cup of hot apple cider? Or even just with a fall-themed card? Encourage them today to think of ways to spread the joy of fall with someone they love!
Snack
Choose one of your favorite snacks from the past few weeks to serve at your party or to share with a friend!
Books
(Note: Some of the books this month are new to me, so be sure to skim it beforehand if you want to make sure it’s something your family values align with).
Today we’ll be reading: Harvest Party and Goodbye Summer, Hello Autumn.
If you couldn’t grab these books from the library or store, here are some read-aloud options on YouTube!
Do You Have More Time? Here Are Some Educational Videos!
Hopefully, you are too busy today to watch any of these with doing the other ideas above! If not, here are a few more fall videos to wrap up this theme!
#1. Here is a song for your little ones to dance to!
#2. Here is a pretty fall landscape drawing tutorial!
I hope your students enjoyed this theme! 🧡
Keep an eye out for the upcoming Christmas School Bundle drop! I’m so excited to share it with you all!
